Percentage of affected perimeter

Hi,

I am trying to determine the percentage of a polygon perimeter that is intersected by another.

In short, I am carrying out some flood analysis and trying to determine properties that a) are directly affected by the flood mapping and b) the percentage of the property's perimeter that is affected.

Any guidance on how to achieve this would be much appreciated.
