Very simple issue that I can't seem to resolve. I have a line feature class that was the result of an XY To Line process. I applied the Calculate Geometry function on a new field after defining the feature class' Projection to North_America_Equidistant_Conic (set to Miles). The Length in Miles results from the Calculate Geometry function were far lower than what was to be expected. For example, one line that should have had a distance of roughly 15 miles came out instead as 0.000171 miles. Is there an explanation behind this odd behavior?
