ArcMap Crashes When using "Find Identical" Tool

Hello all,

I am running ArcMap10.1 with Sp1 installed. When I use the Find Identical tool, the tool crashes ArcMap.

Whether I process 1 million features or 1 thousand features, it doesn't matter; the tool still crashes the application. I read that this was a known error, and it was supposed to be fixed in SP1. My co-workers are in the same environment as I am but they do not have this problem.

Any ideas about what's going on?
