Change multiple output directory paths in model builder

Hi,
I have a complex model builder tool with several subsequent steps (CON, Slope, DIV etc.).
Each step has an output directory fixed, which I would like to change.
Is there a way to define the output directory for the raster created by each step once and for the entire model?
I would like to change this directory globally, but I don't want to go through the entire >25 steps of the model.
I have tried the environmental setting, but they don't overwrite the fixed file path by each tool.
I know this would probably be much easier in Python...but I don't have the ressource to look into PY right now.

Any help is appreciated.
