Count overlapping polylines created by network analyst

Hi - I have created a service area in using network analyst with overlapping route polylines within .2.5, and .5 miles. I want to score those streets based on the number of times they overlap, and rank them for importance in a study network of infrastructure improvements. Is there a way to count the number of overlapping poylines and assign a count value to them?

A line density analysis is not preferable because I want end up with a list of street names and ranking. I have tried "Collect Events", but of course that yields separate points, which I can't use...
