Merge Rules Default Value

I have created a Tool and it uses Spatial Join ...... in the Map Field option i want to have the default value of Merge Rules to SUM and not First... how can this be done automatically instead of changing this option to each file manually which will take forever to do.

this tool takes variables input so every time the tool runs the fields changes.
