I have python code that works perfectly for most of my digitized feature classes in separate geodatabases. However, there are many that stop the python code but will (sometimes) work in ArcMap. Because I have hundreds of files, automation is preferred. I greatly appreciate if anyone is able to inspect the files using the stripped down code posted here, and let me know what is wrong with my data because I am stumped. The subfolder 'in' has the suspected corrupt feature classes, and the 'ok' folder has data that works to completion (so this is not a Python problem, it is a data problem and none of the geoprocessing tools work on these).
