Trying to delete Shapefiles that have No Data

I am running a model which selects features within a defined Polygon. Then I am clipping the features and creating new shapefiles. Now my issue is when I have a new clipped shapefile that has no Data (because no features fall within my Polygon space). How can I delete multiple shapefiels which have no data that are within one folder.

Is this possible?

or do I need to edit my model somehow so I don't create no data shapefiles.
