problem occured when converting layer to shapefile

my problem is strange. I need a point shape file based on xy. I created a .csv containing the coordinates information and when I　Ａｄｄ　ＸＹ　ｄａｔａ, it worked perfectly. next step is where does not work. When i tried to export layer to a shape file using Data-export data, I got an empty shape file. I need to solve it ASAP.
Anyone who has encountered this please share your valuable experience.
