Creating Street Intersections

I would like to assign to and from cross streets in a street line layer. I followed forum post, ‘How to assign “from” and “to” cross streets to attributes’ (6/2010). I am currently using ArcGIS 10. I have performed a ‘Feature Vertices to Points tool (using the ‘Start’ option), and Joined the two feature layers together. Now, I need to run a script to associate these start & end points and create to & from attribute intersections.
